Mitsubishi Eclipse 1998-2016Change

This car looks like a lot of money but it really isn't. It will turn heads everywhere you go. Engine runs great and haven't had any problems for over three years. It's small inside so if you're a bigger person it won't be comfortable.

I've been driving my Eclipse for 6 months and this is one reliable car and one of the most comfortable I ever had. Very fast and tons of power and handling is just great. I love the exterior very much, such an amazing sporty look. Interior could be better, but still good. I love this car so much, so bad that they discontinued this car.

Loved this car since I bought it and still love it today. If I wasn't leaving the country I wouldn't be selling it. Exceptional handling (especially cornering), nice acceleration, good speed when needed, but just as good performance humming along leisurely with a smooth ride overall. A reliable vehicle. Sporty but good on gas which is critical for midtown Toronto living. Interior design is basic, no frills, so no mindless distractions (however, nicely colored dashboard display at night and the 6 CD player are nice perks). Outside styling speaks for itself: beautiful lines, sleek appearance. Only drawback is that backseat area is cramped; however this is offset by good-sized trunk space for a smaller sports car. 5/5.

Road trips galore, never an issue. She's been so good to us.Great fuel economy, tons of room in the trunk for camping supplies, shopping. More space than it looks!

Not too many cars look as good & up to date as the Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS Convertible. A smooth stylish ride with good gas mileage, plus reliability. Thumbs up on this model!

The Eclipse GT is such a fun car to drive, tons of power excellent handling. Even after 7 years I still love to get into this car each morning and I still get the odd "nice car" from people walking by. It has a timeless design, Mitsubishi would be hard pressed to come up with anything that topped the style and looks of this car.

The Mitsubishi Eclipse has come a long way since its turbocharged four-cylinder 4wd heyday in the '90s, when it earned a deserved cult following. Since then, like the rest of us, it has grown up and grown a paunch, now weighing 3560 pounds. Some of that flab derives from its beefy platform, which the Eclipse shares with the Galant sedan and Endeavor SUV. In any event, it's now become more of a grand tourer than a back-roads blaster.

On the other hand, this swoopy, organic hatch has also grown more refined. For starters, Mitsubishi has banished most of the old torque steer, even though all of the 3.8-liter SOHC V-6's thrust is funneled through the front tires--which are quick to howl in protest, in case you forget what 263 horses can do. This latest Eclipse cruises serenely until you zing the V-6 to its 6500-rpm redline, where it aurally resembles something created by Alfa Romeo. The ride is hugely improved, too, even as body motions remain nicely controlled. Push hard, however, and all you'll ever uncover is understeer.

Fabulous looking car. Great ride and very nippy with great gas performance. I love it. The automatic roof is so easy, just press a button. Sound system to great. I have had so many comments on how stylish this car is.

Never had any issues at all with this car. Always is the center of attention when driving down the street. Car purrs!

Very comfortable for a sports car. 4 seats so you can take your friends with you. 3 Liter V6 and 5 speed manual is a great combo. handles like a dream. Pretty fuel efficient for a v6, i am getting about 10 L/100 km.

Strong mitsubishi engine known to go forever,I have owned this car for years and never had to do anything but oil changes.This vechicle has been serviced at mitsubishi yearly and always comes back with nothing wrong.Never seen winter,originally a california car.A great car.

I have loved the 235 HP engine. It is fuel efficient and fun to drive. The sound system is amazing and loud!

I've had this car since 2005 and it's been great. I bought it because I worked downtown in a corporate environment and was doing a lot of city driving. I wanted a comfortable ride with all the options, but that still had some visual appeal.

This car definitely suited it's purpose. It's extremely fast off the line, is a great performance vehicle, has pretty good gas mileage (only costs about $60 to fill the tank and that lasts me for the week), has all the bells and whistles, and looks hot. I kept up on the regular maintenance, and haven't had any problems with this car. It's been very reliable!!!

The only reason I'm selling it is because I no longer work in corporate world, and I'm back to pursuing my love of the outdoors so I need an SUV to transport my gear.

I'm sure that whoever buys this car will love it as much as I do!

This car has been reliable, I have owned the car for 4 years and it has been a great car. This vehicle is great on fuel!!!! The car runs great and drives like a sports car. The fun is there especially with the roof down which only takes one touch of a button. The look and color of this car is extremely unique and a head turner.

feels like a wrap around airplane cockpit when seated at the wheel. one wishes there were no speed limits

My car is the coolest car ive owned, and ive quite a few sports cars. The 3.8l v6 hauls, when you put it down. heated leather seats, sunroof, and a pumpin steroe makes this a dream for ballin around in the summer.

This car is a pleasure to drive with lots of comfort and torque. If like speed and reliability then Mitsubishi Eclipse GT is the right car for you.

everything about this care is awesome except the back seat. if youe not a child you dont fit and because theyre moulded you cant lay in the back either. aside from that it flys like a dream and handles beautiful!!!!

Bought this car at 85,000 km.... is now at 142,000 km. Only oil changes have been needed. I've tried to do extra maintenance on it like brakes, but have always been told by my mechanic that NOTHING is needed. This is the best car I have ever owned.

Despite its powerful V-6 and sports-car , I apperciate the Great value ,the Rare and unique,eye catching looks, sporty performance, even works great even in the snow!!

its smooth reliable and easy on gas. it has loads of trunk storage and is very roomy for passengers. its durable and great in most kinds of weather.

I love this car from the bottom of my heart. Its a shame to see it go. But when I can afford it, ill buy another one..
